• We do offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order – we only ask that everything is returned the way it was sent. Please ensure the hang tag, plastic clothing tag and all labels are still attached, including the hygiene sticker. Items must not be washed, worn or altered in any way.

  • Our quality control team works hard to ensure every item is perfect, so we apologise if you receive a defective item. Please email us at with the subject “Damaged”, give us the details of any defect, and send the item back to us. We recommend using a reliable service with a tracking number. We will let you know once we receive the item and send a replacement to you as soon as possible.

  • We just need either the top or the bottom – whichever item needs replacing.

  • For damaged or defective items, we will refund your shipping costs and send the replacement back for free. For general exchanges, we will only cover the costs of sending the replacement back to you.

  • After you email us, we will send you our address.

  • Depending on when we receive your exchanged item, we aim to process the exchange order within one working day and will ship the following day with a tracking number.
